Overview

Our bus departures are adjusted to each ship’s docking times and start promptly after your vessel’s arrival, returning with plenty of time to spare before its departure.

Our expert team has been organizing tours and transportation from the port of Rostock and Warnemünde for nearly a decade. We have never missed a cruise ship’s departure and imparted our knowledge and enthusiasm for our unique and beautiful city to thousands of satisfied passengers!

Meeting and Pickup

When you disembark from your cruise ship, please make your way outside to the terminal entrance. One of our representatives will be waiting for you displaying a greeting sign that reads: “VEXPERIO"

If your ship is delayed, don’t worry. The starting time of your tour will be postponed to within 30 minutes after your ship docks. If for any reason you are not with our driver by this time, please call us immediately.

Itinerary

12h

1. Warnemünde Port

Our hosts will greet you in front of your cruise ship as soon as it docks and show you to a comfortable, air-conditioned bus.

2. Schloss Charlottenburg

After a relaxing, comfortable 3 to 3.5 hour journey through the picturesque flatlands of East Germany, you will arrive in Berlin.

3. Brandenburg Gate

Spend the next several hours any way you desire - visit some of the most important sights of Berlin such as the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag and Holocaust Memorial; go on a shopping spree in the fashionable district of Kurfürstendamm; dine at some of Berlin's best restaurants or see some of children's most beloved locations such as the Berlin Zoo, Legoland or the German Museum of Technology. 

4. Central Berlin

After approximately 5-5.5 hours of free time meet our hosts in a pre-arranged location in the city center and be whisked off in comfort back to your cruise ship.

Cancellation Policy

For groups of 1-6 people: free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.

For groups of 7+ people: free cancellation up to up to 7 days ahead. From 6 days in advance to 24 hours in advance, a 50% fee will apply. /unless cancellation is due to the ship's itinerary change, in which case it can be done free of charge up to 48 hours ahead

Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead or no-shows result in no refund.
