Nicknamed ‘book heaven’ the library faces the Finnish Parliament and symbolizes the relationship between the government and its citizens.
Admire the Finlandia Hall, designed by renowned Finnish architect Alvar Aalto.
Make your way to Senate Square, a historic public square right in the heart of Helsinki. Marvel at the impressive buildings surrounding the square, including the magnificent Helsinki Cathedral, the University of Helsinki, the Uspenski Cathedral, and the City Hall.
Finally, you can explore the Market Square and the Old Market Hall where you’ll have some time to sample the local delicacies and shop for souvenirs.
