Our vehicles are all modern, comfortable and air-conditioned. Our fleet ranges from Mercedes sedans and vans to 50-seater modern coaches. Our professional drivers have many years of experience and will bring you to your destination promptly, safe and sound!

We will pick you up directly at any location of your choice - either at your cruise ship or one of Berlin airports or hotels. The pick up time is also entirely up to you!

After you book, please send us a message specifying your cruise ship name, pick up location & time as well as a mobile number so we can contact you in case necessary.

Meeting and Pickup

You will be picked up directly in front of your cruise ship.

Cancellation Policy

- For groups of 1-6 people: free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.

- For groups of 7+ people: free cancellation up to up to 7 days ahead. From 6 days in advance to 48 hours in advance, a 50% fee will apply.

- Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead or no-shows result in no refund.

Important Information

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 9 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
  •  Not wheelchair accessible
  • At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, pick-up time and location as well as number of luggage being brought so we can determine the suitable vehicle size.
  • If there are children joining the transfer, please provide the exact age of each child.
  • Please bring some change in EUR for toilet stops, beverages or snacks. US dollars are not accepted in Germany.
  • The route and duration of the transfer is subject to traffic, special events and any other circumstances out of our control. Generally we recommend planning:
    2.5-3 hours for a transfer with a sedan/mini-van (up to 6 people)
    3.5-4 hours for a transfer with a larger vehicle (from 7 people)
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
